In English: If we compare the (local) Chinese protesting activity with the African American civil rights movement in the 1960s, the fundamental difference is: the African Americans all were native-born US citizens and their activities were neither engineered nor manipulated by the political machines back in Africa, while the Chinese protesting activities are totally planned and commanded by the local Chinese consulate officials---we certainly know that their front-ends are not the Chinese consulate officials but those tie-2's from the local Chinese associations.
